The terms
- Pilot-ready means every feature in your signed scope is live in production, passes the acceptance checklist signed at kickoff, and a pilot user can complete each core flow end to end.
- The clock starts when the scope is signed, the first payment clears, and we have the access listed in the kickoff checklist.
- You attend the weekly 30-minute call, give feedback within 2 business days, and provide content and pilot contacts on the planned dates. Each day of delay on your side moves the deadline by one day.
- Scope changes after kickoff go through a priced change request and move the date for that feature only.
- Payments due during the 12 weeks are paid on schedule. The guarantee covers our time, not a refund.
