Can priorities change mid-project?

Yes. Work is planned one two-week sprint at a time from a shared backlog. You can reorder priorities at every sprint planning without blowing up the timeline. Larger additions are scoped with you and either swapped for other work or planned after launch.

How do I see progress?

Every sprint ends with a live demo where you click through real software. Between demos you get weekly updates and access to the shared backlog, so you always know what is done, what is next and what is blocked.

Who owns the code?

You do. Full IP transfer at handover. Everything we build for you is yours.

What happens after launch?

We keep it running on a monthly maintenance retainer: always-on monitoring, weekly patching, monthly releases with a health report and a quarterly compliance review. New feature requests go back into the sprint backlog.
